I’m cheri, a trauma-informed personal trainer, life coach, honours psychology student, volunteer counsellor, a researcher, writer, and a God-led witch.

I teach women how to get strong, eat well, find deeper meaning, and become their strongest, most authentic, feral, and free selves. We do it through training, nutrition, and mindset because you can’t have any without the other.

No quick fixes or fad diets. No shortcuts, This is about becoming who you were meant to be through good old fashioned hard work.

I’ve poured six years into creating an evidence-based program that teaches you how to master your mind, manage your stress, nourish your body, and be more resilient, so you can do more cool shit and worry less about how you look doing it!
