meet your coach
I’m cheri, a trauma-informed personal trainer, life coach, honours psychology student, volunteer counsellor, a researcher, writer, and a God-led witch.
I teach women how to get strong, eat well, find deeper meaning, and become their strongest, most authentic, feral, and free selves.
I’m not a good coach because I built my strongest, fittest body while juggling multiple jobs, full-time studies, and women’s rights advocacy work.
I’m not a good coach because I’ve won multiple scholarships and graduated cum laude.
It’s everything I’ve learned from surviving abusive relationships, depression, addiction, rejection, diet culture, complex post-traumatic stress, binge eating episodes, and crippling perfectionism.
That’s what makes me a great coach. I’ve been where you are. Uncommitted. Inconsistent. At once afraid of your own potential and mediocrity. And I know what lies on the other side of hard work: Everything you’ve ever wanted.
I view mind, body, and soul as three parts of one whole. Which is why we take a holistic approach through training, nutrition, and mindset (body image) coaching.
No quick fixes or fad diets. No shortcuts, This is about becoming who you were meant to be. It’s about shedding. Transformation. It’s hard work, but the greatest investment you’ll ever make. It’s you after all.
I’m so glad I’ve been through everything I have. Because it’s led me to being a sacred vessel of knowledge for you and your expansion.
I’ve poured six years into creating an evidence-based, positive-psychology coaching method that teaches you how to master your mind, manage your stress, nourish your body, and be more resilient, so you can do more cool shit and worry less about how you look doing it!
